This 12000m² mixed use landmark is located in the heart of Madinat Zayed in the Western region.
Transforming the existing rest house into a local handcraft and cultural Heritage center was the key for it to become part of the new Hospitality Development project.
It was rated 2 Pearl by the Pearl building rating system (PBRS) of Estidama (arabic word for sustainability) by Abu Dhabi Urban Planning Council. Estidama is a key aspect of the “Abu Dhabi Vision 2030” driven to build the Abu Dhabi emirate according to innovative green standards. All buildings must achieve a minimum of 1 Pearl PBRS (out of 5).
and 2 Pearl for all government-funded buildings are mandatory.
